How to use the 3 Sisters Lit Submission Manager:

GENERAL SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

First, don't forget to check our website for the current theme / call for submissions: www.threesisterslit.org/submit.

“Fiction”: Do not to exceed 5,000 words. Standard font (Times New Roman, etc.), 12 pt, double-spaced, page numbers, please.

“Non-fiction”: Do not to exceed 5,000 words. Standard font (Times New Roman, etc.), 12 pt, double-spaced, page numbers, please.

“Poetry”: Up to 5 poems, not to exceed 10 pages. No more than 1 poem per page.

For hybrid, in between, and cross genre work, Please follow the submission guidelines best suited for your piece(s).

For multimedia work: Please submit a document (.doc, .docx, .txt., or .rtf file) with links to your work uploaded elsewhere (Vimeo, Soundcloud, Bandcamp, etc.). No more than 5 links per submission, with a maximum of 3 minutes running time per piece. Please do not submit the actual files for your video or audio, etc.

For visual arts work: Please submit images documenting your work, no more than 10 images. Please include a cover page that lists the name for each image, and brief description (materials, etc.)

Now that you're ready to fill out this form

1. Fill in all of your contact information.
2. Fill in the title(s) of the work(s) you are submitting. If you are submitting multiple works, separate titles with commas.
3. Choose the best "genre" category that applies. This free submission manager doesn't allow for multiple selections--you may note the multiple genres in the cover letter for your work.
4. Use the browse button to find the file on your computer that you would like to submit. Select the file and click on the open button. Your file will then appear in the “file” field.
5. If you'd like to share a cover letter with us, you may cut and paste it in the comments field of this form, then click submit.
6. You will then have the option to review your information and confirm that it is correct. Hit continue and you’re done.
7. Please note that the confirmation email for your submission might end up in your email spam/junk folder. Please check your spam/junk folder to retrieve it; consider adding our contact into (3sistersdonotreply@gmail.com and threesisterslit@gmail.com) to your contacts to avoid this spam filtering.
8. If your work is accepted for publication elsewhere, please be kind and withdraw your submission by logging into the submission manager.
9. At this time, we are unable to offer any feedback on individual submissions.
